Ryan Coles has been at Aviva since 2003, where he took on Group wide responsibility for travel and fleet globally in November 2012 after a career predominately based within the FM / Property arena as part of the Aviva Europe team responsible for the delivery of new offices in Milan, Paris and Warsaw; and as Business Planning Manager to the Director of Operational Excellence.
Ryan holds responsibility for global travel: including delivery of global travel management company (TMC) solution from Canada to Australia across 21 key locations covering air, rail, hotel and ground transportation solutions (with associated contractual RfP’s / management) for transient business travellers, along with engagement to support commuting, relocation and insurance claims.
Ryan is also responsible for the delivery of a UK and Ireland total fleet service programme, including Leasing and Manufacturer relationships, c 750 vehicles in UK and c.250 in Ireland.
More recently Ryan has been elected as a Director of the Board of ACFO in June 2019.
